Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of being purchased. If you wish to return an item, please send it back to the address below with your name and order number clearly marked.
Any items returned after this time period, will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee.
All products being returned must be in new condition and 100% complete, packaged in original packaging with all accessories.
DO NOT refuse the delivery of a package. If a package is refused, an additional shipping fee will be applied. This will be deducted from your refund.
No credit will be issued for used or damaged items.
All powered products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects and cannot be returned. If a powered product proves to be defective our customer
service staff can assist you in obtaining repair or an exchange of the product from the manufacturer, according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item received is not the item that was ordered.
If the item is damaged or defective, a 100% full refund or replacement will be issued.
If your item arrives damaged please call us immediately so that we may contact the delivering carrier
(UPS, FEDEX or USPS) to file a claim.
