Yes, you may call and place an order over the phone with one of our customer service representatives. You will need to have your credit card & billing information on hand. Also, please have the SKU�s of the products you would like to order. This will speed up the ordering process.

Yes, you may fax us a purchase order. However, prior to shipping the order to you, we will require a form of payment. You may enclose that information on the purchase order or call one of our customer service representatives.
No, you do not have to be with a company to place an order with us. Anybody is free to place an order. However, all orders can be shipped to either a commercial or residential address.

No, we do not currently offer gift wrapping. Please make a note that most of our items are shipped in brown UPS boxes, however, some items are shipped in the original box from the manufacturer.
No, all of our orders will have a packing list enclosed. However, it only states the product and quantity ordered. No pricing is disclosed on any of our shipments.
No, we cannot have an item pre-ordered, as we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Yes, please choose expedited shipping or 2nd day shipping at checkout to ensure the shipment will arrive before Christmas. However, keep in mind that these options are higher in price.
