Black Jack Silver-Seal 500 Premium water-based aluminum coating is an advanced, high-quality, fiber reinforced, reflective coating that provides a tough layer of protection over the roof's surface. This bright aluminum finish reflects up to 50% of the sun's damaging rays to help reduce interior heat gain and protect the roof surface. This premium coating can be applied over virtually any type of roof surface including built-up, asphalt, tar, metal roofs, and more. This product is very easy-to-mix and apply. The water-based formula, is low odor and cleans up with soap and water. Use only on roofs that do not pond water. Repair all leaks and cracks with Black Jack White Roof-Patch and reinforcing fabric. Use product when temperature is above 65 F. and rising. DO NOT apply if heavy dew or rain is expected within 24 to 48 hours. 2 full coats are needed for every application. DO NOT apply to flat surfaces or poor drainage areas. This product can be sprayed with a professional grade airless sprayer.
